Thank you for using kaune! Here is a quick guide on how to get the most out of the app.
✅ Checklist
You can register text in your checklists to manage shopping lists or to-do items, and easily toggle them between completed and incomplete.
How to Create Items
Open the ““List”” tab at the bottom of the screen and tap the Plus (+) button at the bottom right to create a new item. Each line in the text field becomes a separate item, so you can create multiple items at once by using line breaks. You can also paste text from your clipboard, which is convenient for copying lists from messaging apps or websites.
How to Use Items
- Toggle Completed/Incomplete: Tap the checkbox to the left of the item.
- Edit Name: Tap the item name.
- Delete: Tap the item name, then tap the delete button on the right.
- Reorder: Long-press an item and drag it to the desired position.
- Create a Note: Tap the Plus (+) button to the right of an item to create a note with the same name.
- Open a Note: Tap the thumbnail to the right of an item. The thumbnail only appears if a note with the same name exists.
AI Sort (Automatic Sorting)
Tap the Sparkle icon at the top right of the screen to use AI to automatically sort your list by category. The available features differ between the Free Plan and the Premium Plan (paid subscription). If you reach the usage limit, it will become available again after a certain period. Usage limits and conditions are subject to change without notice depending on service status.
How to Create Lists
Tap the Plus (+) button at the top right of the list index. To see the list index, tap the current list name at the top left of the item screen.
How to Use Lists
- Change List Settings: Tap the menu icon at the top right and select ““List Settings.””
- Open List Index: Tap the list name at the top left of the screen.
- Delete: Tap the menu icon at the top right and select ““Delete List.””
- Reorder: In the list index screen, long-press a list and drag it.
📖 Notes
In Notes, you can register both text and images. Use them to keep track of your favorite brands, clothing sizes, prices, or shopping tips. It’s perfect for remembering the specific brand of seasoning you always buy or your family’s clothing sizes.
How to Create Notes
Open the ““Note”” tab at the bottom of the screen and tap the Add button at the bottom right. Alternatively, in the ““List”” tab, you can tap the Plus (+) button next to an item name to create a note with that same name.
Auto-Linking Notes and Lists
If there is a note with the same name as an item in your checklist, a thumbnail will appear in the checklist, allowing you to open the note with a single tap.
📺 Ads
To keep the app running, we display advertisements. A video ad may occasionally play when you create items/notes or complete a checklist item.
